Setting Up Keywords in WordpreSMS
After you've installed everything, you can set it up. All you need to do is to choose some good keywords. If they are available, an "Reserve" button appears to the right of your line. This means you're ready to reserve the keyword. Once reserved it's yours. However you can still change it at a later stage.
Important: Your Keyword is only reserved once you click on the "Reserve" button.
Also don't forget to put in your password if you wish to change the main settings. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it here.
Creating the Content in WordPress
In your WordPress admin panel, you can decide what the reply code should be for your keyword should be. There are multiple ways of doing this:
On the top, you enter your normal blog post text. If a user requests your blog post, this text will be returned as SMS (but will be concatenated after 480 characters.)
If you have entered a special text in the below field (it can be anywhere below your blog post depending on your settings), this text will be delivered.
You can also set the delivery method. The delivery method determines what users are retrieving when texting in your keyword (and subkeywords)
Tags allow you to determine which keywords trigger which service. Be aware that the system will act as a normal keyword or text search. You can test the result by entering it in the WordPress search or entering it into your phone.
